Massive Fail!

I'm a failure...after starting off so well this weekend just went completely to pot. Massive fail :(
Though I guess it really is my own stupid fault for starting when I knew I had to go out for a meal for my grandad's 80th birthday.

But I will not be beaten I am starting my attack phase again! 5 days of full on attack starting today, oh yes :)

Bring on the slimming haha.

Phase Attack Day 2

okay, so just eating purely protein isn't as simple as I thought! Takes a lot of organising and carb resisting :( Two more days then I can start introducing vegetables, ha, woo-actual-hoo! ;)


Breakfast... 2 boiled eggs
Lunch... Tuna steaks, fat free yogurt
Dinner...Diced Chicken in chillie sauce
Snack... Cooked ham slices
Drinks... Tea, peppermint tea, diet lemonade
Exercise... 1 hour
